Juan Pablo Favero is currently the Head Coach of women's soccer at Newberry College, Newberry, SC. Coach Favero holds a NSCAA Premier Diploma and, USSF National “A” coaching license ,and has been recognized as American Midwest Conference Men's Coach of the Year (2001) and Women's Coach of the Year (2002). He is also a member of the American Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AAASP) and has a Level 1 Psychology for Soccer certification from the English Football Association. Tammy DeCesare is the women’s head coach at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC, after previously being the assistant coach at UNC Wilmington. Coach DeCesare played two years of semiprofessional women's soccer for both the Hampton Roads (VA) Piranhas and the Carolina Speed of the USISL. She made the move to the collegiate ranks in 1998 at Hamline University in Saint Paul , MN serving as the head women's soccer coach.
Anthony James is the Head Coach at Youngstown State University in Youngstown, OH and holds, NSCAA Advanced National and Premier Licenses. Coach James has been a Region 1 ODP Staff Coach since 1998 and the founder and director of coaching for Soccer Vision Academy. Coach James received WVIAC Coach-of-the-Year honors in 2001 and 2003. Greg Mitchell is the assistant coach at Youngstown State University in Youngstown, OH. Coach Mitchell joins the Penguins soccer staff after four seasons as head women’s soccer coach at Davis & Elkins College in Elkins, WV. He has a NSCAA National Diploma and a USSF National “C” License.  
Tori Beeler is the assistant coach of the women’s soccer program at Limestone College in Gaffney, SC. She played for the University of Tennessee from 1997-2000 and has previous coaching experience as a graduate assistant coach for the University of Tennessee Lady Vols . She has also played for the Olympic Development Program and the four-time state champion Music City Lady Sting in Nashville, TN. Sam Okpodu is the head coach of men's soccer at Newberry College in Newberry, SC. Coach Okpodu brings extensive experience at the amateur, collegiate, semiprofessional, and international levels.  He coached the Virginia Tech’s women’s Division I program for ten seasons, was a consultant for Delta United Soccer Club, a professional men’s team in Nigeria. and guided the Nigerian women’s national team to its third African Women’s Soccer Championship in 2002. In addition he played with the Orlando Lions (United States Soccer Federation). Coach Okpodu holds licenses and diplomas with the USSF and the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. 
Amy Olson is the head coach of the women’s soccer program at South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, SC and previously was assistant coach at Prairie View A&M University where she helped to start their women's soccer program. She played semi-professionally with the WPSL's Houston Stars in Houston, TX.
Garth Pollonais is the Head Coach and General Manager of the PDL Greenville Lions, USSF A-License, played professionally in US and England.



Gerry Pollonais is the Director of Jersoma Soccer Academy in Trinidad and Tobago, Men's Coach Trinidad and Tobago and has previously coached camps at Duke and Virginia Tech.
